Jeju Noodle Bar is a new restaurant in the West Village serving Korean comfort food, and specializing in Ramyun- the Korean word for Ramen. I stopped in last week and loved every bite.

Do start with the Tuna Yukhwe, it's delicate and awesome. The star attraction, the ramyun, is outstanding, true perfection. Soothing, rich, and magical. You gonna love it too.
