Pizza. A New York City institution. I love pizza. I eat a lot of it. There some amazing pizza pies all over NYC and Brooklyn. But, who has the best? No one can really answer that question. It's all subjective, really. But, I can tell you this. You can't get a better pie, than the one at Lucali, in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. It is spectacular. You can either get their margherita, or add some of the daily selection of toppings they have. No special pies, etc. Just plain and simple. And true pizza perfection. There is a nice lightness and airiness to the dough. I love the pie. Also while you are there, don't skip Lucali's calzone. It's the best in NYC and brooklyn.
