NYC FOODIE QUICK BITE: THE MARSHAL

July 8, 2015 Josh Beckerman

A lot of people ask me where are some good spots to dine near the Theater District. A fine question, with not too many answers. One spot I checked out a few months ago is called The Marshal, a farm-to-table joint in Hell's Kitchen. It's a great little spot, a true gem. Order any of their vegetable sides, they are awesome. All you deviled egg fans can enjoy The Marshal's version topped with crispy duck prosciutto. And if you are a meatloaf lover, check out the meatloaf here, roasted in their wood oven, stuffed with fresh mozzarella, local Summer squashes, carrots, kale, and topped with an onion gravy. #yesplease

Next time you find yourself checking out a Broadway show, The Marshal is the perfect pre or post Theater restaurant.
