A magical pizza joint awaits you in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. It's called Emily, and she is delicious. It's worth checking out. Emily serves fabulous pizza pies, such as The Colony, with sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, pickled chili, and honey. And the namesake Emily, which is a white pie with mozzarella, pistachios, truffle sottocenere, and honey. Both are wonderful. Emily also serves one of the best burgers in all of New York City. Dry aged beef, Emmy sauce, charred onion, Grafton cheddar, cornichon, all served on a pretzel bun. #yesplease. Order it. It's amazing. End with Emily's S'mores Calzone, and all is well in the world.
