Oh, I love me some fried chicken. People are always asking me who has the best? Well there is not one answer to that. I like me a bird that is crispy and crunchy, tender and juicy, with amazing flavor. I've had some delectable fried chickens in my life, and one of my favorites in NYC comes from the great gastropub The Redhead, in the East Village. I've been eating their fried chicken since they opened, and it's some of the best I've had. Their accompanying side salad is always spot on delicious too. Get some.
