NYC FOODIE DISH OF THE WEEK: RICOTTA FROM IL BUCO ALIMENTARI & VINERIA

With the first true signs of Spring today, I present you a dish that to me is a great taste of Spring. It is the ricotta with snap peas, mint, and granola from the fabulous il Buco Alimentari & Vineria. I absolutely love this restaurant, with the best porchetta sandwich in the world, the best short rib sandwich in the world, to perfect pastas and salads. This place is great. I go here for lunch often, and today's appetizer, was just pitch perfect. The addition of the mint adds another level to the dish, and it's a wonderful dish. Welcome Spring.​
