Everyone's new favorite BBQ joint is the new East Village spot Mighty Quinn's. Many critics and fans are raving about the 'cue here. I stopped in recently and had a delectable bite. I had a single serving of brisket ($8.50) and pulled pork ($7.25), as well as a side of sweet potato casserole with maple and pecans ($3), and some pickled vegetables. All was tasty and I think a great bang for your buck. While it didn't blow me away, it was definitely some solid 'cue. With homemade barbecue sauce and house made iced tea, Mighty Quinn's is bringing some solid Barbecue to the East Village, and making the East Village a place to reckon with, as probably the best culinary scene in Manhattan.
