Fried Chicken and Waffles done right in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The new restaurant Sweet Chick, recently opened on Bedford Avenue, and is delicious. I was lucky enough to be invited to a pre-opening tasting, and loved every bite.

The fried chicken really has wonderful flavor. Perfection. The accompanying waffles are fine and dandy. But it's that flavor and seasoning of the chicken that really blew my mind.

Also, for all you vegetarians, Sweet Chicken is doing a vegetarian fried chicken, by deep frying seitan. And you know what? It's absulutely awesome! Order it!

Arctic Char with crawfish and flageolet bean stew is quite tasty and delectable too.
