Green Chile Queso Fundido is pure awesomeness. Mexican cheese & green chile fondue, warm flour tortillas, add a little chorizo, and you got quite a dish. Order it.

My trio of ceviches; tuna, lobster, and snapper, were all spot on delicious. Ceviche perfection.

The tacos at El Toro Blanco all have great flavor and texture. Fabulosity.
