Great Food + Great Views? Don’t skip Electric Lemon located on the 24th Floor of the Equinox Hotel in the Hudson Yards. Helmed by chef Kyle Knall and pastry chef Kelly Nam, I really love this place. Lemon Ricotta Dumplings with Pork is delish. Contramar Inspired Black Bass had so much flavor I teared. It’s the best dish I had all year, so far. Kelly Nam’s desserts cannot be skipped. They are awesome. We talking Electric Lemon Curd with ginger, poprocks, and mandarin sorbet is spectacular. A dream. Chocolate Moon Rock, with black sesame crunch, honeycomb, and goat’s milk ice cream is also fab. Can’t wait to go back!
