Raoul's in Soho is an awesome restaurant. A true NYC classic! Famous for their Steak Au Poivre, which you must order. But, they also serve an incredible burger. It's only served at the bar. And they only serve 12 a night. So you have to get there around 5pm, and sit at the bar, until the kitchen opens at 5:30 - but, it's worth the wait. It's an incredible burger, almost, like the steak au poivre in burger form. I might even like it better than the steak. Bon Appetit!
