Noodle Shops are popping up all over NYC, especially in the East Village. I like them all, but my favorite to pop up is the small Dian Kitchen on East 9th Street between Avenue A and First Ave. Owned by a sweet husband and wife, it's a true family affair. And their food is excellent.

Their tofu noodle with pork, has the most tender noodles, fabulous flavor, and it's just pure perfection. You can't go wrong with a starter of their spicy wontons in chili oil or their pan fried dumplings. Bother are excellent.
