NYC FOODIE QUICK BITE: UNION SQUARE CAFE

Union Square Cafe is a NYC institution. One of the greats. A true classic. Even with their recent move a few blocks north to 19th street, it still is fabulous. I stopped in recently and had a perfect meal.

Don't skip the Autumn Squash Tortelli, with sage brown butter, cranberries, and aged balsamic. It's a taste of Fall in your mouth, and one of the best dishes in NYC right now. Truly #magical!

Pan roasted Pekin duck, with polenta, plum, and scallions is pure perfection. Perfectly executed, truly wonderful.

Honeynut squash Sfomato with buttered lobster, fine herbs, and finger limes is a great appetizer. Loved it!

For dessert, treat yourself to the Banana Tart, with macadamia, and honey-vanilla ice cream, it's #fuckingawesome.
