There's a new hummus power player in town. The sister to Dizengoff in Philadelphia has opened up it in the Chelsea Market and is quite excellent. I stopped in their first day open and devoured their Lamb Hummus, and some vegetable sides. It was all delicious, all wonderful. If you are a hummus addict like me, you're going to love Dizengoff.
