Brooklyn is hot. Williamsburg is hot. There are so many great restaurants in this borough, and one that opened up six weeks ago, worth checking out is called Rider, from chef Patrick Connolly. It's a sleek two floor space, with great American bistro fare.
Hot Fried Oysters come with sweet togarashi, sauce gribiche, and fine herbs. #delicious Soft Egg comes with foie croutons, sweet cherry yogurt, and caviar. #yesplease. And the dish not to be missed, is Rider's take on the French Dip. Served with roasted bone marrow, prepared horseradish, and a black garlic jus, it is absolutely incredible. Quite possibly the best in Brooklyn. #fuckingawesome
