Brunch in NYC is Big. It's Huge. It's cool. Everyone is doing it, and you should too. No pressure. Well, I love pasta, and I love eggs. Put them together and you have one happy Foodie Magician. I checked out the brunch at Galli Restaurant located in the LES (they have an outpost in Soho too), and absolutely loved everything especially their Breakfast Bucatini. Bucatini Pasta, bacon, romano infused cream cheese, and a fried egg. It's absolutely fabulous, and beyond #magical. #yesplease. See you there for brunch soon. #godbless
