NYC FOODIE DISH OF THE WEEK: WINGS FROM DUKE'S

February 13, 2014 Josh Beckerman

The Super Bowl is over, but my craving for wings will never go away. I'm a huge fan of Korean-style wings, but for some of the best class take on wings, look now further than Duke's. Duke's calls itself "New York's Original Roadhouse", and they do a nice job at portraying that. It's their wings that really has me smitten tho. When I think of a great classic Buffalo chicken wing, the ones at Duke's comes to mine. Twice fried, and pure perfection. These really are perfect wings. Great flavor, great crunch. All magic. When I'm craving that classic wing, Duke's is the wind beneath my wings.
