NYC FOODIE DISH OF THE WEEK: EVERYTHING AT HEARTH

Hearth is one of the Best restaurants in NYC. Period. Every meal I have there is perfect. From wonderful service, great wine, and awesome food, it's just a terrific restaurant, and you need to go. Chef Marco Canora is a culinary genius turning out solid and delicious Italian fare, in a charming and rustic setting, in the East Village. Paired with Paul Grieco's fabulous wine list, they have made me a regular, and will make you one too.  

Take my most recent meal at Hearth. It was like EVERY meal I eat there. Perfect, solid, and fabulous. 

Chilled Zucchini Soup, came with pine nuts, garlic chives, and parmigiano. Pure wonderfully balanced flavor.

A special this night of sardines were truly delicious. Sardine perfection.

Ahhh..Then there was the pasta of the night. Maccheroni with pork ragu, ricotta, and rosemary. Wow. Super fabulous. Awesome. Loved it!
