I don't really eat much steak any more, but last month I went on some steak culinary adventures. I ate some great steak. The porterhouse at Empire Steakhouse in midtown is one fantastic porterhouse. Juicy, succulent, and flavorful, it satisfied my steak cravings immensely. It does a body good.
