NYC FOODIE CHINATOWN RESTAURANT OF THE WEEK: FRIED DUMPLING

Oh boy do I love a good bang for your buck! I found an amazing one hidden away on Allen Street near Delancey on the edge if Chinatown/Lower East Side. The place is called Fried Dumpling, and it's the definition of "hole-in-the-wall". With just about three tables and a little counter, the place is small. But, if you are on a budget, or even if you are rich, and are seeking really good dumplings and a noodle soup, you should drop in to this place.

10 pork and chive dumplings for $3. The dumplings are good. My wallet gave me a standing ovation.

A beef brisket noodle soup set me back a whopping $4. The soup was excellent. My debit card made out with me.

Total bill = $7. Stomach stuffed. Satisfied. Happy. This place is great. Go! Your Welcome.
