I went to Traif a few months ago and forgot to write about it. It's worth writing about though, because it's a great spot with great food. I highly recommend it. Each dish I had was terrific, and had great flavor. This Williamsburg restaurant celebrates pork, shellfish, and globally inspired soul food, and that is awesome. Don't forget to order their bacon doughnuts, it's why god created man.
