When I'm home late at night, and get the munchies, the place I find myself ordering from often is Lil Frankies. This East Village institution, not only is open late, but serves some of the best pizza in town. They have delicious pasta dishes too. But each time those pies come to my apartment, I get excited. If you don't live in the East Village, then head on down, and try a pie for yourself. You'll be glad you did.
