I'm trying not to eat too much pork as of late. But a little tasting at the recently opened Ichabod's in Gramercy led me to a delicious pork belly dish. This neighborhood joint on Irving Place serves a truly delectable Crispy Jerk Pork Belly ($14) with pineapple, soy, and cilantro. Not only was the dish perfectly cooked, but the balance of sweetness, with a great kick from the jerk, was fabulous. Both my dining companion, all-star tv host and foodie Allison Hagendorf (www.allisonhagendorf.com), and myself went gaga for this belly. Stop in for a cocktail or a beer, and try it for yourself.
