The Vietnamese restaurant Pho Pasteur, located in the heart of Chinatown, is a great Vietnamese restaurant. I had been there before, and last week grabbed a lunch, which was fantastic!

The pho ($4.25) I ordered had a wonderful, flavorful, soothing broth. It was excellent.

Crispy squid in salt and pepper ($9.75) was absolutely delicious. Extremely tasty, addictive, flavorful, beautifully seasoned, and a true revelation. I loved this dish.

Pho Pasteur, you complete me.
