Dovetail's Shrimp Sausage with Sweet-and-Sour Butternut Squash and Grape Gelée
L'Ecole's Apples with Cinnamon White-Chocolate Cream and Pistachio Paste
Aldea's Bacalao-Coconut Mousse, Coriander, and Black Olive
