In my humble opinion, the quintessential NYC pizza slice is at Joe's Pizza. Joe's has been and institution in New York City since 1975, located in Greenwich Village on Carmine and 6th Ave. And now, after 28 years, they have finally expanded East, to 14th Street and 3rd Ave. Either location you go to, you will still get what I think is the most perfect NYC slice of pizza. Every time I take a bite of a slice from Joe's, it's as if I am eating NYC. I love it. And you will too.
