There is great cooking going on in a basement of a hotel in the Nomad area of NYC. The hotel is the Made Hotel on 29th street, near 6th ave, and the restaurant is Ferris. After my meal there, I'm here to tell you Ferris is incredible, a true NYC gem. Chef Greg Proechel is crushing it with dishes like Carrot Agnolotti with lamb neck and pickled squash, and the not to be missed Blood Sausage with grilled dates and toasted seeds. After each bite of each dish I had, the word that kept coming to my mind was #incredible. Paired with great service, a cozy room, Ferris is a great new restaurant.
