The new Nolita restaurant De Maria is awesome. I stopped in this past weekend and loved my brunch. It has a LA vibe to it, with it's healthy bowls, and the bowl I had was awesome!

Helmed by the great Camille Becerra, she is turning out healthy delicious food here. My "Rooster Bowl", grains, cured fish, honey cured egg, sea seaweed gomasio, served with a cup of bone broth, was truly magical. I loved it! Of course, I had to have a side of their Billionaire Bacon, cause everything is better with bacon.

This place is just great. One of my favorite spots to open in NYC this year. See you there soon.
