NYC FOODIE QUICK BITE: SUSHI ZO

September 2, 2016 Josh Beckerman

I love Sushi. Period. I'm a sushi addict. I can eat it every day. I practically do. I've had some amazing and magical sushi in NYC. But, the best I've had so far is at Sushi Zo. I mean, saying something is the "best" is a bit tough to do. I had Zo's omakase two months ago, and I still think about it. I still can remember how that first piece of halibut with lemon zest melted in my mouth. I still remember eating my first piece of barracuda, and loving it. I still remember how perfect that rice is. The best in the city. The omakase at Sushi Zo is ethereal and perfect. It's not cheap though- starting at $200, but you get what you pay for. If you are seeking that sublime sushi omakase experience in NYC, Sushi Zo is the spot. Bring me too, if you can afford it. A magical sushi adventure awaits!
