The annex to Nom Wah Tea Parlor, New York City's oldest dim sum parlor, Nom Wah Nolita is serving delicious dim sum as well. Their shumai are top notch, as is their shrimp and snow pea leaf dumplings. In fact, I love everything at this spot. I'm addicted. If there are any specials, definitely order them too. Dim Sum never tasted so good. Get sum!
