The Jamaican hot spot Miss Lily's has taken over that East Village institution 7A. At the helm is chef Adam Schop, and after a meal there last week, I'll tell you, it's great.

Start off with a delectable cocktail, then move on to some Jamaican grub. Def. try those jerk wings, that's what you came here for. But the dish not to be missed is the jamaican Patty Melt. Served with caramelized onions, gruyere, on marble rye, it's fucking awesome. Order it. Get more of your Jamaican flare with Miss Lily's "Buss Up Shut", grilled shrimp, curry vegetable casserole, and tamarind chutney. It's delicious, fabulous, and quite wonderful.

The East Village is a more magical place now, thanks to Miss Lily's 7A. Ya Mon!
