Have you been to Wylie Dufresne's Alder yet? His follow-up to his molecular ingenious WD-50? You should, because it's a great and fun spot for cocktails and unique and playful bites. The cuisine here is fun, and different, and I love what he and chef Jon Bignelli are doing here. And one dish, that is new, and needs to be talked about is their Carrot Cake Sundae.
