Yep, it's that time of year again: Thanksgiving. As the #dumplingaddict I am, my favorite Thanksgiving themed treat this year are the Thanksgiving Dumplings from Mimi Cheng's Dumplings. Filled with turkey, gravy, and a sage/cranberry stuffing, and served with a homemade cranberry sauce, it's Thanksgiving in a bite, a bite of pure joy. It's dumpling heaven, and I love them.
