The team behind Lure Fishbar, Burger & Barrel, and El Toro Blanco, have now opened up the Bowery Meat Company on East First Street, off of the Bowery. Think of this as the steakhouse version of Lure Fishbar. Welcoming, cool, hip, chill, inviting, straightforward, and delicious. It's the new age steakhouse.

You can start with some delectable zucchini carpaccio with pistachios, chili flakes, feta, and mint, and some tasty oxtail arancini. The Bitter Greens Salad, with Caesar dressing, toasted breadcrumbs, and parmesan is refreshing as can be.

Skip the Spaghetti and order the Duck Lasagna for Two, with Caciocavallo and parmesan. It's absolutely #magical and #wonderful.

Of course this is a "steakhouse" / "meat company". The "Bowery Steak" with salsa verde and whipped potatoes is a must order. It's straight up delicious #perfection.
