Boubouki is a small (very small) food stall in the Essex Street Market helmed by Rona Economou. She is famous for her magical spinach pies. You should def. stop in one day and get one. Her Greek salad is simple, yet perfect. I love when a chef can make something so simple, yet be so eloquent. The ingredients speak for themselves. But the best part of this salad is the heart and love that goes into it. It's like if Rona was your mother or wife cooking for you. Simple pleasures grow fond in the heart (and stomach).
