I love cheese. Luckily for myself and for all of New York City, we now have a humongous cheese heaven in the Flatiron District. Beecher's Handmade Cheese, originating from Seattle, has opened up on the corner of 20th and Broadway, and it's pure cheesy goodness! They actually make the cheese in-house, and you can witness this true art firsthand. While you are there, perusing and sampling their fine cheese, drop by their cafe and order some cheesy bites.

Their "World's Best" Mac & Cheese ($5.25), is great. Not sure if it's the best in the world, but sure is satisfyingly cheesylicious!

My grilled Flagship cheese sandwich ($7) with tomato, basil, and tomato, was also delicious. Some perfect cheesy bites.

So head on over to Beecher's and get your cheese on. Cheesy goodness awaits!
