NYC FOODIE CHINATOWN RESTAURANT OF THE WEEK: FULEEN SEAFOOD

Two weeks ago I teared up when I walked into Fuleen Seafood on a Division Street in Chinatown. It was a tear of joy. Why? Because I was literally the only white person in the restaurant. Everyone was Chinese, except me. Jackpot! I had stumbled on something authentic and great. The food proved that too.

Salted baked duck tongues ($12.95) had amazing, addictive, and tasty flavor. A satisfying expansion of my culinary horizon!

Pan Fried House Special Shrimp 's cake was really good too. It wasn't mind-blowing, but I really enjoyed the snap the fresh vegetables gave to the dish.

So get your authentic Cantonese on at Fuleen Seafood. It doesn't matter what race or color you are, this food satisfies.
