Last week, another outpost of the BRGR franchise opened up on the Upper East Side. I was lucky enough to be at the opening soiree to nibble on some tasty burgers, great fries and onion rings, some fabulous Ronnybrook Farm Milk Shakes, and some amazing "You and Me" cookies.
