My #1 pick for best coffee in NYC is Abraco Espresso on 7th St and First Ave. Their pastries are quite wonderful too. From a sensational olive oil cake, to a magical olive cookie, Abraco Espresso, is tiny, but packs a huge punch of amazingness. Well, I recently stopped in for some coffee and tried their pain au chocolat, you know that croissant like pastry filled with chocolate. I've had some delectable ones in my life, but the one at Abraco Espresso, blew me away. Perfectly flaky bread, mixed with beautiful chocolate inside, made for one heavenly morning.
