Before Miss Sandy came into town, I found myself grabbing lunch at Porsena Extra Bar a lot. The annex to Porsena, Sara Jenkins' pasta restaurant, Porsena Extra Bar serves fantastic sandwiches and salads for lunch, and I highly recommend you stop by.

Surryano Ham ($10) comes with cantaloupe melon butter, cornichons, and stecca, and is purely awesome. That cantaloupe butter is ingenious and awesome. Love this!

I went back for lunch a day after this fabulous sandwich and had their Salami ($10) with spicy fig jam, sweet butter, and stecca. This too was truly great!

So stop by Porsena Extra Bar for an awesome lunch. It's extra good!
